Welsh reign for City of Bath gymnasts
Head coach Sarah Binding said: "All the Bath girls worked really hard to do their best at this competition – for some of them it was their first one.
"The standard was very good across all both categories and all age groups, making the future look good for rhythmic gymnastics in this area."
Leading the way in the novice junior section was Molly Fleet, who won gold in both the hoop and clubs disciplines to claim first place overall.
Nicola Davies, in her first competition, was 15th in clubs and 16th in hoop and overall.
Anna-Louise Fleet struck gold in the novice under-12s category after taking first place in ball and silver in the free discipline.
Eden Lindridge took bronze overall and in free, also finishing fifth in ball, while Isobelle Thornton was fourth overall and in free, as well as sixth in ball.
Amy Dixon represented the club in the novice under-10s, finishing eighth overall after sixth place in free and eighth place in hoop.
In the intermediate competition, Lily Edwards took gold in free and was ninth in hoop, which was good enough to secure silver overall.
The bronze medal went to Selina Brown, who was also third in free and sixth in hoop.
A gold medal in rope, along with sixth place in ball, helped Sarah Dennis win bronze overall in the under-12s section.
Hannah Waite took the silver medal after finishing second in ball and fourth in rope.
Silver in clubs earned Helen Christie fourth place overall in the junior section. She was also fourth in hoop and fifth in ball.
Annie Bartlett bagged a bronze in hoop and was sixth overall after finishing sixth and seventh in ball and club respectively.
