Businesses are being urged to explore opportunities to benefit from the proposed new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point in Somerset and off-site developments.

A new Supplier Day event is being held by EDF Energy on Tuesday, September 28, at the Canalside Conference Centre in Bridgwater.

A morning session will be held from 9am to noon (registration will start at 8.15am) and is aimed at local technical suppliers.

The afternoon session is between 2pm and 5pm and is focussed on local support services. Registration for this session will start at 1pm.
