Full military honours for Somerset woman who died in Scottish avalanche
The funeral of RAF logistics officer Fran Capps, who died while mountaineering in Scotland, took place with full military honours as Dunster’s Priory Church yesterday.
Flight Lieutenant Capps, 32, originally from Dulverton, was one of three victims of an avalanche in the Cairngorms in February. She joined the RAF in 2001 and most recently worked at RAF Odiham.
