Emergency services received a call to the incident near the Ilchester
roundabout around midday. A 20-year-old woman also received treatment
for a leg injury.
One ambulance and a rapid response vehicle attended the scene, a spokesman for the South Western Ambulance Service said.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We had a call shortly
before midday to reports of a collision on the A37. The road was cleared
by 1.15pm."
