Keep an eye out for Watch
Stoke 4
Frome Collegians 1
Stoke started the game with 10 men but were attack-minded from the off.
They created a chance early on when a superb defence-splitting ball from Louis Durnnel put Ben Handsford through one-on-one with the keeper, but he blasted his shot wide.
With the arrival of James Allen after 10 minutes, Stoke had a chance to break the deadlock when, with his first touch, Allen set-up Lee Tadd for the opener.
Stoke then had to absorb the pressure, but Jer Watch and Mark Rea were rocks at the back and cleared the ball off the line well.
It was Allen again who had a say in Stoke's second goal when he combined with birthday-boy Brett, who ran 30 yards to score
Stoke started the second half the same as they had the first and they extended their lead when Allen found the back of the net.
With an open goal at his mercy, Allen then decided to take on the crossbar challenge before slotting home his second and Stoke's fourth to wrap up one of the home side's best games this season. Man of the match: Jer Watch.
