Tuesdays 18.30-20.00h
Classes run continuously during term times; the first lesson can be booked and paid individually, so students can decide whether or not they like to commit to the rest of the block of seven weeks (which is payable in advance). If you cannot come to your regular class you are welcome to attend one of the other sessions.

My teaching approach is to create awareness for the own body by respecting the body's limits - without refraining from challenges. I offer adjustments and modifications of postures according to individual needs so they are suitable for beginners but also for experienced students who look for a challenge.
