Serious delays for Taunton train passengers
A train service from Taunton to Devon this afternoon has been severely disrupted because of animals on the line.
It was due to leave at 14.17 but is running 80 minutes late and its final two scheduled stops, Torquay and Paignton, have been cancelled.
The CrossCountry service from Glasgow Central, which was held up for about an hour north of Newcastle this morning, will instead terminate at Newton Abbot.
