Is your child's school closed during teacher strike next week?
Several schools in the Frome area will be closed during the teachers' strike on Thursday, October 17.
Beckington First School will be open for years one and two, the rest of the classes will not be run that day.
St Louis School will be closed, as will Upton Noble, Kilmersdon's Osprey class will not be open but the rest of the school will be.
Frome College will be closed, Hayesdown First School is partially open, Selwood Academy will be closed, St John's First School will be open, apart from two classes in year two and three.

Trinity First School will have just two classes open and the rest closed and Chapmanslade School is closed.
A spokesman for Somerset County Council has said it is providing advice to schools within the authority so they are prepared for the industrial action, but the decision on whether to remain open or close will be made by individual head teachers.
He said: "Many schools have made an early decision to help parents make plans for on the day."
We are still waiting for several schools to tell us if they are open.
