Two charged with murder after body of Paul Retallick found in Langport
TWO men have appeared in court charged with the murder of Paul Retallick.
Michael McGinty, 55, of Peony Road, Langport, and Lee McGinty, 25, of no fixed address, are jointly accused of the murder of the 35-year-old father of three between Saturday, September 15 and Monday, September 17.

The defendents spoke only to confirm their names, ages and details of their addresses when they appeared in South Somerset Magistrates Court this morning.
Police launched a murder investigation after the body of Mr Retallick, formerly of Barwick, near Yeovil, was discovered in Langport on Sunday night.

Magistrates sent the case to Bristol Crown Court where the defendants will appear by video link tomorrow morning. Both defendents were remanded in custody until tomorrow's court appearance.
