Third arrest following Ellie death
A THIRD person has been arrested in connection with the death of popular teenager Ellie Rowe at Boomtown this year.
A 19-year-old woman from Dinder and a 21-year-old man from Wells were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class C drug following the festival. They have been rebailed to allow for further enquiries until December 3.
A 22-year-old man from Bath has also been arrested in connection with the incident on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class C drug. He is also on bail until December 3.
Medical staff at the Boomtown were alerted that Ellie had collapsed just after 10pm on August 8. She was taken to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital but pronounced dead on arrival.

The post-mortem examination took place on Monday, August 12, and the results were inconclusive. Further toxicology tests were to be carried out to determine the cause of death.
The inquest has been opened and adjourned.
