Teenager boxes clever in victory
YEOVIL Amateur Boxing Club's Dean Dodge has been crowned the Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire lightweight champion in his quest for National Novice Championship glory.
The 19-year-old beat Gloucester's Lewis White on a unanimous decision to line up a bout with Cornwall, Devon and Dorset's number one in the next round of the competition that boasts a final at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge. Heavyweight John Cox will represent Yeovil ABC in the Western Counties final.
