Women invited to join Race for Life on beach
WOMEN across North Somerset are being invited to join this year's Race for Life event in Weston-super-Mare and help raise money for Cancer Research.
The event is on June 2 on Weston-super-Mare beach and will raise money for groundbreaking research into new drugs and treatments. It is hoped that even more women will take part this year and raise more than £85,000.
People can enter online at www.raceforlife.org or call 0871 641 111. It costs £14.99 to enter and all money goes to the charity.
