Woman rushed to hospital after being hit by train at Worle
A woman was rushed to hospital last night after being struck by a train by Worle Railway Station.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 7.15pm and the woman, believed to be in her 40s, was taken to Bristol's Frenchay Hospital by ambulance.

She was treated for head and trauma injuries, but was reported to have been conscious and breathing when paramedics arrived.
Buses replaced trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Taunton during the incident.
