Woman, 20, admits town centre assault
THE following cases have been heard at Bridgwater Magistrates' Court:
Kayleigh Marie Saunders, aged 20, of Myrtle Close, Bridgwater, assaulted a girl in the town in April. Paid £20 in compensation.
Billy Joe Smith, aged 25, of Wyndham Road, Bridgwater, drove a vehicle without the correct licence and insurance. Fined £200, costs £15, disqualified from driving for six months.
Joshua Thomas Lewis, aged 22, of Main Road, Temple Cloud, Bristol, drove a vehicle in Spaxton Road, Spaxton, while under the influence of drugs and was charged with possession of Class-C drugs. Community order of 60 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months, costs of £60.
Tyso Gordon Baker, aged 23, of Gloucester Road, Bridgwater, charged with criminal damage when he smashed two window panes and dented and kicked two vehicles. Community order of 80 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months and compensation of £800 in 10 months to the victim.
Nathan Paul Addicott, aged 19, of Risemoor Road, Bridgwater, failed to comply with community order issued in March. Four- and three-quarter hours added to unpaid work requirement.
Jenna Leanne Key, aged 25, of Bincombe Road, Bridgwater, charged with stealing various items worth £64.80. Fined £65, costs £55.
Rebecca Claire Corrick, aged 38, of Mountview Terrace, Pawlett, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Fined £100, costs £75, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Catherine Anne Baker, aged 19, of Juniper Close, Bridgwater, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol without insurance. Given a community order of 200 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months, costs £60. Disqualified from driving for two years, reduced to six months if defendant completes a course approved by Secretary of State.
Patrick Martin Caulton, aged 44, of Springley Close, Bridgwater, stole a car. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years. Compensation of £300 and costs of £60.
Alvydas Jucedicius, aged 40, of Lime Tree Close, Bridgwater, failed to provide a specimen when driving. Temporary disqualification until matter resolved.
James Peters Cook, aged 38, of West Street, Watchet, charged with grievous bodily harm. The case has been discontinued.
Glyne Spencer Cox, aged 36, of Elizabeth Way, Bridgwater, breached a non-molestation order by contacting and threatening victim. Costs of £65.
Christopher Paul Mitchel, aged 34, of Edinburgh Road, Bridgwater, charged with battery. Community order which includes the defendant taking part in an Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme, attend appointments with probation service and pay £75 to victim.
Ian Gregory Cockram, aged 34, of Knightstone Square, Bristol, charged with driving while disqualified and without insurance after being stopped in Bath Road, Bridgwater. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.
Michal Cryleqicz, aged 23, of Clarks Road, Bridgwater, assaulted a constable and threatened club door staff. Fined £220, costs £75.
William Marshall, aged 23, of Batch Close, Puriton, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop. Fined £240, costs £75. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.
Donna Marie Taylor, aged 35, of Park Lane, Cannington, caught driving under the influence of alcohol. Fined £220, costs £75, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Stephen David Kimmins, aged 36, of Maple Court, Bridgwater, stole from a Vauxhall Corsa in a car dealership. Community order of 11 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Compensation of £132 and costs of £60.
Lucia Elizabeth Topazio, aged 20, of Dawbins Drive, Woolavington, charged with common assault. Community order of a curfew for 12 months and pay compensation of £100, costs £60.
Egidijus Butkevicius, aged 25, of Sydenham Road, Bridgwater, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and while disqualified. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison and a further 36-month driving ban.
Victoria Evans, aged 22, of Milton Brow, Weston-super-Mare, stole groceries from Morrisons supermarket in Bridgwater to the value of £9.82. Fined £50, costs £45.
