Witness plea over accident in which 82-year-old died
POLICE have made a fresh appeal for witnesses, a month after a fatal crash in Weston-super-Mare.
The accident happened at around 1.30pm on December 10 when a Mercedes lorry hit a woman as she crossed Nutwell Road in Worle. The 82-year-old pedestrian died at the scene.
A police spokesman said: "We would still like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or has information which might help us with our investigation."
Anyone with information should call the police's collision investigation unit on 101.
