Wincanton man arrested after chainsaw thefts
A MAN from Wincanton has been charged with the theft of two chainsaws after police recognised him in CCTV footage. The thefts took place in Rochford Garden Machinery in Wincanton on Wednesday 13th and Monday 25th February.
One of the stolen chainsaws was recovered following the arrest.

Neighbourhood beat sergeant Dean Hamilton said: "The prompt action of the Wincanton beat team, and the fact that we recognised the suspect, means the offender has been brought to justice in quick time and property has been recovered."
