Week to celebrate parents
Parents and children under five are invited to celebrate national Parents Week with a special session of the Bumps, Babies 'n' Tots group at Radstock Youth and Children's Centre.
To celebrate the Family and Parenting Institute Parents Week, which takes place from October 22 to 28, the North East Somerset branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) charity will be running the session between 10am and 11.45am on Wednesday, October 24.
There will be arts and crafts, biscuit decorating and games. There is also an opportunity to enter a competition to win a £1,000 family photo session among other prizes.
Emily Merko, co-ordinator of the North East Somerset branch of the NCT charity, said: "Parents' Week hails the amazing contribution parents make to their children's lives."
