Wedding of Victoria Moon and Nicholas Price
Despite a bitterly cold wind, a happy day was had by all who attended the marriage of Victoria Moon and Nicholas Price at St Mary's Church, Berkley, on February 9.
The bride, who works for the NHS as a mental health nurse and comes from Radstock, was driven to the church in a 1968 Jaguar Mark II, accompanied by her father Michael Moon.
She wore a full length ivory lace, fish-tail dress designed by Trudy Lee and carried a bouquet of mixed roses and herbs.
She was attended by two bridesmaids, close friends, Gemma Card and Emma Clifton who wore full length chocolate brown dresses with ivory sashes.
Flower girl Leila Card wore an ivory silk dress with a chocolate brown sash.
The pageboys were the groom's son Joshua Price with Oliver Greenway and Billy Card, godsons of the bride.
The bridegroom, who is a teaching assistant at Writhlington School, was supported by best man Adam Harris and ushers Charlie Moon and Matthew Price.
All the men in the wedding party wore black morning suits with button holes of cream roses and herbs.
The bride's sister in-law Sarah Moon gave the reading.
After the wedding the couple held their reception at Leigh Park Hotel, in Bradford upon Avon.
The three-tier wedding cake was made by professional cake maker and friend of the bride, Michele Wilson.
The bride's mother Sally designed and hand stitched the wedding invitations and stitched an antique style sampler to commemorate the day, this was presented to the bride and groom by the bride's father.
The couple, who have made their home in Frome, had their honeymoon in Barbados.
