Waterless car cleaning service is launched in Weston-super-Mare
Future Clean, the environmentally friendly car cleaning service, has been launched in a Weston-super-Mare car park. Visitors to the Sovereign Shopping Centre can now have their cars professionally cleaned whilst they shop, seven days a week.
The valet service uses less than a third of a cup of rainwater and all products used are completed biodegradable. Future Clean is more than a car cleaning service though. It offers employment and training to disabled and disadvantaged people. So far, in the eight months it has been operating, seven people have benefitted from the opportunities Future Clean offer. By expanding into this new location, the social enterprise will be able to offer more opportunities to local people.
Michael Williams, Business Enterprise Manager at Alliance Homes said: "We are delighted to be creating this new partnership with the Sovereign Shopping Centre. This relationship will enable Alliance Homes to promote a business model that puts people and the environment high on the agenda. For us, this is all about creating local jobs and providing people with the opportunity to achieve their potential."
Nick Cooke, Centre Manager at Sovereign, added: "The Sovereign Shopping Centre is delighted to be working with Alliance Homes to deliver this very worthwhile project which will also enable the Centre to offer additional services to our visiting public. The 'waterless' car cleaning aspect of the operation aligns perfectly with our own environmental ambitions and we believe that this initiative will prove very popular with our car park patrons."
To celebrate the launch of Future Clean, we are offering all customers a 25% discount on all car wash and valet services up until 10th November. If you would like to find out more, call Future Clean on 03000 120 120.
