Warning after thefts from unlocked cars in Stanton Drew
Police are warning drivers not to leave their cars unlocked following a string of thefts from vehicles in the Stanton Drew area last week.
Sunglasses, CDs, jackets and satellite navigation systems were all taken from cars which had been left unlocked overnight on Monday February 11.

Police believe that the thefts are the work of opportunist thieves trying door handles as they travelled through the village.
Radstock police inspector Shirley Eden said in each case the vehicle was not broken into but a car door was left unlocked and items that had been left in the vehicle taken.
