Volunteers needed to tackle speeding in Castle Cary
Thoughtless parking and dangerous speeding are causing nightmares in Castle Cary.
But a new community scheme could help - if people come forward to lend a hand.
Residents identified which issues are making their lives a misery at the town's PACT meeting.
Top priorities for action included parking and obstruction on Woodcock Street - particularly from people using the cash machine.

“Always ' volunteers ' isn't it? There are the Government paying themselves £1k to £3k a week and then they ask for ' volunteers ' to take up the slack. Now add these volunteers to the many 1,000s already doing what should be ' paid employment ' and you have a socially unequal society. Great!”
