Vivien is chutney champion
Wells-based chutney wizard Vivien Lloyd has had one of her creations selected by top London foodstore Fortnum and Mason.
The break came after Fortnum and Mason held a two day artisan market showcasing some of their most talented producers so that customers could taste their autumn creations and quiz them on techniques.
Fortnum's had also invited chutney enthusiasts to enter the first Fortnum's Chutney Challenge and have their creations judged by the grocery buyers. The winning chutney would be stocked by the store
Vivien said: "Earlier this year, I made an apricot and Seville orange chutney, for the first time.
