CANNINGTON'S vineyard has won four commendations in two international wine challenges.

The 23-year-old Oatley Vineyard entered the Decanter World Wine Awards 2009 and the International Wine Challenge 2009 and the four wines each received a commendation.

Owners Iain and Jane Awty couldn't be more pleased with this outcome.

Jane said: "We are both really happy with getting four commendations in two of the most prestigious international wine competitions.

"It shows us we're doing a good job and it shows our customers that they can get good wine which has little air miles."
