“The players are delighted to be playing the game at the stadium and it will be a massive motivating factor for them.
“It is a big honour for us to be playing at Huish Park and we would like to thank the main club and first team manager Gary Johnson for allowing it to happen.
“We will be going all out to win the match and we intend to uphold the rich tradition of cup football at Yeovil Town.”
Leeds - who reached the final of last season’s competition - topped their group and have billed the clash in Somerset as “the longest trip ever” on their official website.
Considered one of the strongest sides outside of the Women’s Super League, Leeds are currently third in the Premier League National Division having won six of their nine games to date.
Ahead of the 2pm kick off, Lawler added: “I would like to urge all Yeovil Town fans to come along and support us. We play good, attacking football and are great to watch.
“With low admission prices on the day it should present a great value and exciting afternoon of football. If you have not yet seen women’s football please give it a go. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised.”
The Glovers cruised into the next round of the FA Women’s Cup when they thumped Colne Valley 8-0 last weekend. They will travel to Barnet at the next stage.
