Victim of fatal road crash with lorry is identified
A SOMERSET man who died in a collision on the A303 near Ilminster last week has been named.
Paul Jewkes, 52, from north Somerset died after the car he was travelling in was in a collision with a lorry.
The incident happened on Thursday, September 26, on the A303 near Ilminster at 11.10am
Collision investigators are appealing for any motorists who were travelling along the A303 at the time of the incident to contact them by calling 101.

The driver of the lorry has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
Another incident on the A303 was attended by two fire crews from Castle Cary and Wincanton on Monday morning.
The accident, involving one vehicle, took place on the eastbound carriageway of the A303 between Sparkford and Wincanton at 7.34am.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "On arrival at the scene, crews confirmed this was a single vehicle road traffic collision with no persons trapped. Crews made the vehicle safe."
