The opening classical concert for the 9th Frome Festival is to be given by the Vallis Chamber Orchestra in Holy Trinity Church, Frome, tomorrow at 7.30pm.

The programme includes works by Handel, Telemann, Albinoni and Haydn.

The anniversaries of two of these composers are being marked nationally this year, the 250th of the death of George Frederick Handel, and the 200th of the death of Joseph Haydn.
