UPDATED: Woman hospitalised after 'taking drugs and collapsing' in Yeovil park
A woman was hospitalised when she collapsed after taking drugs in a Yeovil park yesterday, police say.
Inspector David Horwood, of Avon and Somerset Constabulary, said officers were called to Ninesprings shortly after 6pm where they found three people who had been taking drugs.
He said: “It would appear some people were taking drugs and she was one of them.”
A spokeswoman for South Western Ambulance Service said: “We received a call at 6.12pm on Tuesday, August 20.

According to reports on social media networks, up to three police cars were blocking the entrance to the park on Hendford Hill while the woman was treated.
