AN Emborough man has been ordered to stand trial accused of failing to comply with a breath test requested by the police.
David Croker, aged 59, of Pond View, appeared in the dock before District Judge Lynne Matthews, sitting at Yeovil.
He pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during an incident at Yeovil on August 18.
