Thieves steal Union flag flying half-mast for Dylan Cecil at Burnham-on-Sea jetty
A Union flag which had been flying at half mast from the seaside jetty from which four-year-old Dylan Cecil fell to his death has been stolen.
Dylan slipped into the sea from the jetty at Burnham-on-Sea last month while visiting the popular resort with his mother and father and two younger sisters. His parents tried in vain to save him.
