Theatre rehearsals for colourful cast of song-filled show
Rainbow bright pupils at a Cheddar Valley school spent a day at the theatre for their upcoming show.
The children from Mark First School rehearsed their colourful summer production Rainbow Spectacular at the Princess Theatre in Burnham-on-Sea on Monday.

In the song-filled production, the children, dressed as the colours of the rainbow, are planning to put on a show with each colour having their own special song and dance. However, a surprise visit by the monochromes threatens to spoil the fun.
Fortunately the sun comes out just in time and encourages everyone to work together to create an even more spectacular production. The youngsters performed the show twice to their families and friends.
Kate Samwell, who teaches at the school and who produced the show, said: "The children have been working hard and have really looked forward to performing in the theatre.
"They should be really proud of themselves."
