Corsley Tennis Club held their annual meeting at the Reading Room in the village recently.

Chairman Marlene Latchem reported on a "satisfactory" year and treasurer Geoff Levitt announced a healthy balance sheet, which will allow the club to refurbish two of their hard courts in the autumn.

All four senior teams retained their positions in the Chippenham League last summer, while junior coaching has continued all year under Jon Dilena.

The club's youngsters played a match against Shaftesbury recently and went down 5-1, coming out on the wrong side of some close encounters.
