Teagle brace for reserves
Coleford Reserves 2
Wookey Reserves 5
Wookey travelled to Coleford for this much-anticipated league fixture, only because of the fact that they have not played for six weeks.
In their last few matches, Wookey have looked a more organised outfit than the team that started the season and again in this match they started well.
Wookey, shooting uphill and on a pitch that even Ronaldo would struggle to play football on, passed the ball around well, while defensively they also stayed strong.
Wookey controlled the first half and goals from Teagle, Trigger, Coombes and an own goal saw the visitors go in at half-time 4-1 up.
A switch of formation by the home team in the second half seemed to cause confusion for Wookey, but the introduction of new signing Scott Hurley got things back on track and a second goal from Teagle saw the visitors run out comfortable 5-2 winners.
