Taunton Titans aim to raise tempo against Barking
Taunton Titans host struggling Barking who recently appointed Nick Warren as their new director of rugby.
The Titans will be without 14 squad members due to injuries or unavailability but head coach Tony Yapp that his side will be looking to really push their tempo and control the game.
He said: “This week is a different challenge against a Barking side that have not won yet but are starting to turn the corner, picking up two bonus points and scoring 33 points against Clifton, so it’s massively important we don’t underestimate them.”
Lock Chris Bentley is unavailable and another lock Greg Charlton is injured, so Paul Davis switches to the second row.
