Supermarket sweep winner gives goodies to pre-school
Four special customers thundered up and down the aisles of a supermarket and filled several trolleys for free.
The first duo to hit the stalls of Budgens in Cheddar were Margaret Smith and Phil Besley of Draycott who won a trolley dash courtesy of the supermarket and the Rotary Club of Mendip.

Phil lent himself to the Christmas spirit by dressing as Santa and the pair had planned a careful route after weeks of study to get maximum value in their allotted three minutes.
Maggie, who won a draw in aid of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and Mercy Ships, said: "I've never won anything like this or known anyone who has. My knees went, my heart went and after squealing all weekend when I had the news I hurt my chest.
"It was so exciting and we donated a third of what we got to Early Birds Pre-School in Cheddar.
"It was really nice of Budgens to let the children come in to watch."
The Rotary draw amounted to £1,600 and so the charities will each receive £800.
Mendip Rotary Club would like to thank Budgens owner Phil Tout and all at the Store as well as all those who bought tickets.
The second couple to race around the shops was Anna and Matt Griffin, who won the trolley dash star prize in the tombola at Cheddar Festive Night.
The two had only just moved to the village when they won the prize and said whatever they managed to pick up would be a bonus as they had already done their Christmas present shopping.
