Stem cell expert talks about MS
AN expert on stem cell research and multiple sclerosis is to give a talk in Weston-super-Mare.
Professor Neil Scolding will be giving a talk, entitled Stem Cell Therapy for Multiple Sclerosis, on April 10 at 7.30pm at The Campus, Highlands Lane.
MS is the most common disabling neurological condition affecting young adults.
About 340 people in North Somerset and 700 in Bristol are diagnosed with MS, with a further 300 in Bath & North East Somerset and 430 in South Gloucestershire.
