Southampton academy star Ryan Seager named in England U17 squad
Former Buckler’s Mead Academy pupil Ryan Seager has been named in the England under-17 squad to play in next month’s Algarve Tournament.
Yeovil-born Seager, who plays for Southampton’s Youth Academy, has caught the eye having topped the nationwide Under-18s Elite League goal-scoring charts with 14 strikes.
Saints spotted the teenager - who could turn professional as soon as next month - at their Bath academy whilst still a Pen Mill player.
