Rail passengers are experiencing delays of up to an hour due to a signalling problem.

A signalling problem at Templecombe railway station has caused severe disruption on South West Trains routes to London and Exeter.

Until further notice trains from Exeter St Davids to London Waterloo are being diverted at Yeovil Junction and will not stop at Sherborne, Templecombe, Gillingham and Tisbury stations.

Delays are affecting Axminster, Crewkerne and Yeovil Junction stations.
