Somerset Rebels to welcome Nick Morris at Winter Cracker speedway meeting
New signing Nick Morris could join up with Cases Somerset Rebels in time to watch Friday night's rearranged Winter Cracker speedway meeting.
Morris, who will ride in the Premier League for the Rebels while doubling up with Swindon Robins in the Elite League, is due to arrive in the UK from Australia this week.

And he could be Somerset's special guest when they attempt to stage their Oaktree Arena winter spectacular at the third time of asking.
Previously billed as the Christmas Cracker, the meeting was twice postponed due to the weather on December 28 and January 18.

"Nick was planning to arrived back in the UK from Australia this week, so it could well be that he will be at the Oaktree Arena on Friday night to watch the action," said Rebels promoter Debbie Hancock.
“It seems almost unreal to think that he could have actually ridden in the meeting but, as a promotion, we were reluctant to drop any of Friday’s line-up in order to accommodate Nick.
"That just didn’t seem the right way to go about things, especially given the way that the 16 guys who are riding have either stayed loyal to the meeting by agreeing to ride in each of the re-stagings or have been good enough to step into the breach when other riders have had to drop out due to the re-stagings clashing with other commitments.
"Unless we get any late withdrawals, then I’m afraid Nick will have to content himself with watching from the sidelines on this occasion."
Friday evening's Winter Cracker will start with a rider parade at 7.10pm, with tapes up on heat one at 7.30pm. There will be 20 heats, and a grand final with the four top-scorers.
Among the top riders competing are Ricky Ashworth, Ben Barker and Lewis Bridger,
