Shepton Mallet's First Steps Nursery to celebrate 20 years
A Shepton Mallet nursery will be celebrating its 20th birthday this month.
First Steps Day Nursery on Compton Road will be having its own special celebration day on March 23 to mark the special anniversary.
All staff and attendees, both past and present, are invited to drop in for tea and cake in the morning and scones in the afternoon.
There will also be a photograph board asking “where are you now?”

Elaine Garland, of First Steps, said they are looking forward to seeing some old friends. “Over the years we have probably employed more than 30 local nursery nurses.” she said.
“We want to celebrate all the local people that have had connections with the nursery.”
