Severe cold conditions to stay in Somerset for rest of week
Dog-walkers pass Dunkery Beacon at the top of Dunkery Hill on Exmoor, Somerset, yesterday as the cold weather continues across the UK.
The Met Office upgraded its cold weather alert to Level 3, saying there was a 100% probability of ‘severe’ conditions across most of England this week.
