Service suspended on majority of Taunton and Bridgwater bus routes
The majority of bus services in Taunton and Bridgwater have been suspended for the rest of the day.
Many of the roads around the two towns are still impassable following yesterday's heavy snow and further flurries this morning.

Many of First Group's buses in Bridgwater and Taunton are not running today
All of bus operator First Group's services were cancelled last night, but some restricted services have resumed today.
There are still no buses from Taunton to Dulverton, Bishops Lydeard, Wells, Axminster, Yeovil, Cullompton or Somerton.

But a restricted service is in operation to Burnham-on-Sea, from Bridgwater bus station.
Many Bridgwater services are still suspended, and the service to Watchet is terminating at Cannington. It will not serve Wembdon, Williton or Watchet.
The Wells to Yeovil route is running as normal, with the exception of Kingsdon Village, while the majority of buses in Weston-super-Mare and Bath are back on normal timetable.
