Search engine Bing uses Somerset’s iconic Sandpoint on homepage
MICROSOFT search engine, Bing, is always on the lookout for inventive and interesting regional images to feature on the homepage, with the aim to encourage Britons to get out and see more of their amazing country.
On Saturday, Bing will feature a stunning aerial image of Somerset’s iconic Sandpoint.
This specially chosen image will be made visible to 12.7 million people across the UK as they complete their daily search tasks, and will include links to a gallery of further images of this scene.
Stretching out from Middle Hope, Sandpoint is a truly a unique area of England’s west coast.
