Scott Murray on target to be a festival hit
Football star Scott Murray will be showing off his football skills and also trying a number of the activities at the Cheddar Youth Sports Festival next weekend.
A firm favourite at Bristol City since joining the club from Aston Villa in 1997, Scott went on to play for Reading before rejoining City in 2004 before being released recently.

At the youth sports festival he will be facing fearless young goalkeepers like Tyler White, of Cheddar junior football club, before running some coaching drills.
Scott is also keen to show his skills on the tennis court as he was apparently an accomplished player in his younger days.
There are plenty of other activities for Scott and all the other visitors to try on the day, including a hockey penalty shooting challenge, a rugby throwing competition, nearest-the-wicket bowling, archery, trampolining, fly-casting and BMX riding.
All the events are free to try , as are admission and parking. Children attempting five or more activities will receive a special festival sports medal.
Around 20 local sports clubs will be represented at the festival and it's hoped that as many people as possible will go along to see Scott Murray and all the sports clubs and facilities for young people at Sharpham Road Playing Fields on Sunday, July 12.
