Rush-hour traffic delays on A303 caused by broken down lorry
Rush-hour queues built up on the A303 near Yeovil this morning after a broken down lorry blocked one of the lanes.
The inside lane of the eastbound carriageway was blocked just before the Cartgate roundabout from around 7.30am.
The incident caused heavy congestion on the A303 and the area's surrounding villages, with many drivers taking detours through Stoke-sub-Hamdon.
