Imagine a juke box loaded with your favourite tracks from the golden age of anthemic rock; now transfer that vision to the live arena and the safe hands of the highest calibre musicians, and you have the recipe for the Classic Rock Show.

It's the ultimate axe-wielding, air-punching, foot-stomping fan celebration, and it's making a welcome return to Plymouth Pavilions.

The production harvests its two-and-a-half-hour setlist from ten of the bestselling rock albums of all time – The Eagles' Greatest Hits, Led Zeppelin's IV, Fleetwood Mac's Rumours, Dire Straits' Brothers In Arms, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run, AC/DC's Back In Black and Meat Loaf's Bat out of Hell.

There are also gems from the treasure chests of Jimi Hendrix, Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Who. Following the success of the show's critically acclaimed 2012 UK tour, this celebratory tribute extravaganza is back on the road in the capable hands of musical direction of Damian Darlington (pictured left), who also sings and plays guitar, bass guitar and mandolin, and a top-notch band.
