Roaring success for Lions
Sedgemoor Lions under-13s have enjoyed another successful season, finishing third in the Tony Pryce Youth League.
With five games remaining they were mid-table but, after a run of five wins and a draw, they went into their last game needing a win to gain promotion.

The junior section club has had a good season, including being crowned County Champions and winning the Land Rover trophy.
After a draw, they ended up in third place, which is still an excellent result. Sedgemoor Lions are a small, friendly, family football club and are on the lookout for new players for the under-14s team next season. The club coach, Jamie, is an FA Level 2 qualified coach. Anyone interested can contact Stuart Brown on 01458 210784 or come along to training sessions on Fridays at Cossington football ground, between 6pm and 7.30pm.
