Red nose bake-off raises £60
It was the great St Julian's Bake Off in Wellow as pupils whisked and folded their favourite ingredients to create cakes in aid of Comic Relief.
Children chose their own recipes and worked entirely independently to produce their final creations.
Parents and children then paid £1 to taste and vote for their favourites. Their efforts raised £60 which will go to the charity which has its main fundraising day tomorrow.
The school, part of the Church Valley Federation, encouraged all the children to demonstrate baking skills, teamwork and creativity.
