"We've been involved with various other equestrian-related activities, and we are very much looking forward to our new involvement with Wincanton Racecourse."

Steve Parlett, general manager at Wincanton Racecourse, added: "It's a fantastic initiative. The prospect of winning a new car should prove a good incentive to come along and enjoy what is a fantastic family tradition."

The next race meeting will be held next Saturday as the racecourse hosts the Badger Ales Chase Day.

The first of six races gets underway at 12.35pm.
