Priston Festival - review
Priston's sixth music festival has been a resounding success. Organisers are delighted at the feedback from residents and visitors, and are already planning next year's festival.
An impressive line-up of performers provided free music from an open-air stage throughout the weekend event.
The festival is getting a reputation for booking good quality bands, who love playing in the intimate area in the centre of the village.
Tickets for the Friday night concert with Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin sold out early on.

An unusual children's art project, focusing on using foliage to create an enormous face of the traditional, symbolic Green Man, proved very popular. Fifty morris dancers performed on the Sunday and a number of stalls and a wide variety of interesting food options kept everyone happy over the weekend.
The festival would not have been possible without the support from local businesses and individuals.
