Portbury Hundred crash victims airlifted to hospital
THREE air ambulances were called to airlift three people to hospital following a car smash in Portishead.
The busy Portbury Hundreds was closed for more than three hours after a three-car accident on Saturday morning.

In total, eight passengers were taken to hospital, three by air ambulance and five by road, following the accident shortly after 11am.
Two passengers, a woman in her 60s and a man in his 50s, had to be freed from a Toyota Yaris by firefighters before being airlifted to hospital.

A man in his 40s, who was driving one of the other cars, a Saab, was also airlifted to hospital.
His wife and eight-year-old daughter were among five other people treated at the scene by paramedics and firefighters before going to hospital by ambulance.
None of the injuries was described by the emergency services as life threatening.
